There is a current NBA player by the name of Joel Embiid and he talks about trusting the process in his NBA career. He receives criticism and people mocking him because he hasn’t won a championship yet. Let’s take that same instance and talk about our GOD! We are about to be real in this blog.

TRUST THE PROCESS!!! Is it not hard, tiring, and demanding to trust our God’s process for our life? The answer is Yes and No, but we tend to let the “Yes” take control sometimes. I’m not pointing fingers at all….I have been there and it is something I work on daily. I work on “LET GO AND LET GOD.” But God has told me to go and do this…but did we fully listen to all the details??? Yeah, I said it. Do we fully listen to God when he tells us to go and do something? I know that I have been one to listen and receive but then run with it…and it not work out how I thought it should. Then God reveals the whole picture and I stand there in amazement. We have got to TRUST THE PROCESS. It is hard in a culture when we want to jump and do, before we see or understand.

We live in an instant satisfaction culture.

Proverbs 8:11-13(NLT version) “For wisdom is far more valuable than rubies. Nothing you desire can compare with it. “I, Wisdom, Live together with good judgement. I know where to discover knowledge and discernment. All who fear the LORD will have evil. Therefore, I hate pride and arrogance, corruption and perverse speech.”

That is so beautiful to hear but hard to live by everyday. Why do I have to wait for financial success? Why do I have to wait for children? Why do I have to wait for my spouse? Why did I lose my job? Why did I get passed up for that job promotion? Why is fundraising so difficult? Why did God choose me to go on the opposite side of the world?

We have to walk by faith and not by sight. We don’t need to understand why God is doing something, but we need to understand he will provide in our time of need. He will provide when I’m on my knees in worship on Sunday crying my eyes out asking him to provide for me. We have to be faithful in our walk to receive the fullness of what God has for us in our lives. We have to have crazy faith and the full armor of God daily to do what he has called us to do. You have to “Walk on Water.” Step out on his word and let him guide you to all your success in life. Let God give you the Wisdom, Peace, Strength, Passion, and Patience to fully receive all of his blessings. Our God will move along with us in every step no matter which direction we go. My God is a God of mercy, grace, love, peace, and blessings.

I have said all this to say “TRUST THE PROCESS.” “Trust the Lord and do good. Then you will live safely in the land and prosper. Take delight in the Lord, and he will give you your heart’s desires.” Psalms 37:3-4.

He will Provide! Continue to pray for my mission trip. Thank you and I love you all!
