Visions from God are absolutely amazing thing to have but also a scary thing at the same time. I’m going to share a vision that I have had from God about this mission trip.
We know that our God can break any chain, generational curse, addiction, and disease at any time with one word from him. I will be going to areas in this world that people don’t think my God can do this because of the oppression they face everyday. And because of that oppression and government control we can not speak GODS name without being arrested, prosecuted, deported, and even killed. That is going to change. YES, I said it…this mission trip I’m going on next year, we will be able to talk to government officials about God with the mentality that they will start to allow christianity as a religion in their countries. Yes, this trip will start the process of the other country officials understanding what our God does for everyone.
“While standing guard on the watchtower, I waited for the Lord’s answer, before explaining the reason for my complaint. Then the Lord told me:”I will give you my message in the form of a vision. Write it clearly enough to read at a glance. At the time I have decided, my words will come true. You can trust what I say about the future. It may take a long time, but keep on waiting-it will happen.” Habakkuk 2:1-3
That is a bible verse that has been repeatedly been shown to me over the past 6 months. I have been reading a book called “Forward” and it talks about visions on how to build something that will last but also says we might not see our visions come to pass. Then about 3 months ago I applied for the mission trip and within days of being accepted to go….BAM it hit me. God had been preparing me to take a step “Forward” and speak about this vision. Our God is awesome about preparing us for something we don’t even see or know of before it all happens. Yes, we all know that this is how our God works, but it always will make you smile knowing he had it planned all along.
So, this vision is happening in perfect timing due to what our Earth is going through. I’m not saying my group or myself will be the one’s to talk to the governments but we will have a major hand in that process. We will forever change what God looks like in countries that don’t allow his name, allow worship music, t-shirts, bibles, or churches. I will call upon our father to guide and protect this vision. Will you help me?
